– Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, organizing, and executing events
– Manage a team of banquet staff to ensure seamless execution of events
– Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique and delicious menus for events
– Work closely with event planners and clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Ensure all banquet facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained
– Monitor and control banquet expenses to meet budget goals
– Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and members
– Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
– Previous experience in banquet or event management
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of food and beverage operations
– Proven track record of delivering high-quality events and exceeding customer expectations
