Position: Automotive Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and general repairs on various types of vehicles
• Determine the root cause of vehicle issues and develop appropriate solutions
• Operate diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical problems
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and communicate effectively with customers
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive service technician
• Certification from an accredited automotive training program
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Position: Automotive Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle maintenance needs
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
