Position: Waiter/Waitress

Are you passionate about Korean cuisine and providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a team? If so, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as waiters/waitresses at Korea House.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Take orders and ensure accurate delivery of food and beverages
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the food service industry preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented approach
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
