Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Mixing and serving drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
• Providing excellent customer service, engaging with guests, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Upselling speciality cocktails and promoting new menu items
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a bartender in a busy bar or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
