Position: Pizza Chef

As a Pizza Chef at Pizza Lounge, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious pizzas using traditional Italian recipes and fresh, high-quality ingredients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each pizza is made to perfection and meets the standards of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, a passion for Italian cuisine, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to traditional Italian recipes
• Ensure that all pizzas are made to order and meet the quality standards of Pizza Lounge
• Closely follow recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and traditional pizza-making techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality

Position: Server

In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner. Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist them in finding a table
• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Server or in a customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines is a plus

Position: Line Cook

We are looking for skilled Line Cooks to join our team at Pizza Lounge. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including appetizers, pasta, and salads. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and meet the expectations of our guests. The ideal candidate will have a solid culinary background, a passion for cooking, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
