Job Description

As a Sales Associate in Office Depot’s Office Furniture & Equipment Division, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers find the perfect solutions for their workspace needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our wide selection of office furniture and equipment, and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting office furniture, such as desks, chairs, file cabinets, and shelving units
  • Demonstrate knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of office furniture and equipment a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
