About Us

Mama Yu Chinese Restaurant is a family-owned and operated establishment located in the heart of downtown. We pride ourselves on serving delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine made with fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. Our goal is to provide our customers with a memorable dining experience that keeps them coming back for more.

We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Chef

– Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
– Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques
– Creativity and passion for food
– Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

2. Server

– Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
– Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
– Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
– Willingness to learn about our menu and make recommendations to guests

3. Dishwasher

– No previous experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
– Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
– Reliable and able to work evenings and weekends
– Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
