Position: Medical Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

– Assisting physicians with patient exams and procedures
– Taking patient histories and vital signs
– Administering medications as directed by physicians
– Performing medical office procedures, such as EKGs and phlebotomy
– Maintaining patient medical records in an accurate and timely manner
– Providing patient education and counseling on various health topics

Job Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Medical Assistant certification
– Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
– Proficiency in medical terminology and basic computer skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

– Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival
– Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information
– Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member
– Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
– Processing patient payments and co-pays
– Assisting with medical record requests and other administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Excellent customer service and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Nurse Practitioner

Job Responsibilities:

– Conducting comprehensive physical examinations on patients
– Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
– Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
– Providing counseling and education to patients on preventive care and treatment options
– Prescribing medications as necessary
– Monitoring and documenting patient progress

Job Requirements:

– Master’s degree in Nursing
– Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
– Current state licensure and DEA registration
– Experience in women’s health preferred
– Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
