Job Title: Hairstylist/Beauty Professional

Job Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and desired styles
• Provide a range of hair care services, including cuts, styling, treatments, and coloring
• Create custom looks for clients based on their individual preferences and hair type
• Recommend products and treatments to maintain and enhance clients’ hair health
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Job Requirements:

• Valid cosmetology license
• Proven experience working as a hairstylist or beauty professional
• Specialization in kinks, coils, and natural hair care is preferred
• Strong knowledge of current trends and techniques in hair care and styling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
