Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Rosemont Personal Care Home. LPNs play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being are always our top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatments according to prescribed protocols
• Monitor and assess residents’ health status
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Document residents’ care and progress accurately
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Rosemont
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or assisted living environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
