Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Executive Search Consultants to join our dynamic team. As an Executive Search Consultant at Walker Elliott, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the energy industry, understanding their hiring needs, and identifying top talent to fill key positions within their organizations. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements that meet the needs of all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the energy industry
• Understand client hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Identify and attract top talent for key positions within client organizations
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations to clients
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process for successful placements
• Provide ongoing support and communication to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

Required Skills:

• Previous experience working as an Executive Search Consultant or in a similar role
• Deep knowledge of the energy industry and key players within the sector
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to identify and attract top talent for key positions
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
• Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience working with executive-level candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
