Job Title: Storage Facility Manager

Are you a motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills? Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer service? If so, we want you to join our team as a Storage Facility Manager at Shadowdale RV & Boat Storage!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the storage facility
• Ensure the security and safety of all stored vehicles and belongings
• Oversee inventory management and tracking of stored items
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the storage facility
• Prepare reports on facility performance and submit to management

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in facility management or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic computer applications
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
