Position: Accounting Services Specialist

MABE International Advisors, Inc is a leading financial consulting firm that provides a wide range of accounting services to clients around the world. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Services Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

– Manage client accounts and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
– Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
– Conduct audits and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise
– Assist clients with tax planning, compliance, and reporting
– Provide financial advice and recommendations based on clients’ unique needs and goals
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and efficient service delivery

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– CPA certification preferred
– Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting services
– Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
– Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Position: Payroll Service Coordinator

– Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and efficiently

– Resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
– Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
– Stay up-to-date on payroll trends and best practices in the industry

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– CPP certification preferred
– Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll processing
– Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
– Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or Gusto
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
