Job Title: Floor Materials Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Floor Materials Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right floor materials for their projects, providing expert advice on product features and benefits, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of hardwood floors, tile, stone, and other flooring materials, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting floor materials based on their needs and preferences
• Provide product knowledge and guidance on installation and maintenance
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in the flooring industry
• Strong knowledge of hardwood floors, tile, stone, and other flooring materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized
