Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients on a variety of HR-related matters, including compliance, employee relations, performance management, and more
• Provide guidance and recommendations on HR strategies and best practices to help clients achieve their business goals
• Assist clients with HR administration tasks, such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance reporting
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on HR-related topics
• Stay current on HR laws and regulations to ensure clients are in compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources consulting or a related role
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred
