Position: Worship Leader

Job Description:

As a Worship Leader at Iglesia Filadelfia, you will be responsible for leading our congregation in praise and worship during our services. You will work closely with our pastor and music team to create an uplifting and engaging worship experience for our members. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and a deep love for God.

Responsibilities:

• Lead worship services and rehearsals
• Select and arrange music for services
• Coordinate with musicians and vocalists
• Create an atmosphere of worship and praise
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Strong vocal and musical abilities
• Experience leading worship in a church setting
• Ability to work well with a team
• Passion for music and worship
• Strong faith and commitment to the ministry
