Position: General Contractor

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure project specifications are met
• Manage construction schedules and provide progress reports
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Position: Building Restoration & Preservation Specialist

• Inspect and assess the condition of buildings
• Develop restoration and preservation plans
• Coordinate preservation efforts with historical societies and government agencies
• Oversee restoration projects and ensure quality workmanship
• Monitor project budgets and timelines

Position: Altering & Remodeling Contractor

• Meet with clients to discuss remodeling needs
• Develop remodeling plans and proposals
• Oversee remodeling projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the construction industry
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
