Position: Collection Agent

We are looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients resolve their outstanding debts. As a Collection Agent at Sky Recovery Services LTD, you will be responsible for contacting debtors, negotiating payment arrangements, and following up on payment promises. This is a challenging but rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact for both our clients and our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting debtors via phone, email, and mail to negotiate payment arrangements
• Tracking and documenting all communication with debtors
• Following up on payment promises and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts
• Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and debtors

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in debt collection or a related field is preferred
