Job Title: Home Health Aide

Job Description:

• Provide personal care services to clients in their homes, including assistance with grooming, bathing, and dressing.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Help clients with mobility and transportation needs, as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Prior experience in home health services or a similar field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
