At Sushi Choochoo, we are currently looking to fill the following positions:

• Sushi Chef: We are seeking an experienced sushi chef who is skilled in preparing a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine and excellent knife skills.
• Line Cook: Our line cook position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include preparing Chinese dishes and barbecue items to perfection.
• Server: If you have a friendly personality and exceptional customer service skills, we want you to join our team as a server. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
• Host/Hostess: Our host/hostess position is crucial to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating them appropriately, and managing reservations.
