We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Estate Planning Attorney.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel to clients on Estate Planning, Probate, and Living Trusts matters
• Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Develop personalized estate plans based on clients’ goals and objectives
• Assist clients with wealth preservation and asset protection strategies
• Represent clients in probate proceedings and trust administration
• Handle complex estate planning issues and provide innovative solutions

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in Estate Planning and Probate law
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
