Position: Guest Services Associate

Job Overview

As a Guest Services Associate at Hilton Garden Inn Houston Energy Corridor, you will play a key role in creating a positive guest experience. You will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and providing information about the hotel and local area.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
• Assist guests with luggage and other requests
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role
