We are Hiring:

Emporio Brazilian Cafe is currently seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team. If you have a love for Brazilian cuisine, a welcoming attitude, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Position Available: Chef de Cuisine

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Brazilian cuisine and culture, as well as a proven track record of creating and executing innovative and delicious dishes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute menu items that showcase authentic Brazilian flavors
• Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Create new recipes and dishes in line with Emporio Brazilian Cafe’s brand and vision
• Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and specials

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian cuisine and ingredients
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team under pressure
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification

Position Available: Server

We are also looking for friendly and dynamic Servers to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers
• Knowledgeably describe menu items and make recommendations
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any customer concerns with professionalism
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers
