1. Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Hawi Hawaiian BBQ Express, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature Hawaiian BBQ plates with precision and efficiency. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to the success of our kitchen operations.

• Required qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting
  • Knowledge of Hawaiian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Food handler’s certificate
• Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Monitor and replenish food supplies
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service

2. Server

As a Server at Hawi Hawaiian BBQ Express, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing friendly and attentive service to our guests. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.

• Required qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of Hawaiian cuisine and menu items
  • Outgoing personality and customer-oriented approach
  • Food handler’s certificate
• Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat customers in a courteous manner
  • Take and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
  • Handle payments and operate POS system

3. Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher at Hawi Hawaiian BBQ Express, you play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen. Your attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment will ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

• Required qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a dishwasher or kitchen helper
  • Knowledge of proper dishwashing and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Food handler’s certificate
• Responsibilities:
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness of dishes and utensils
  • Assist with food preparation and stocking supplies as needed
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a clean and organized work environment
