Position: Flooring Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a Flooring Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flooring materials and home improvement, as well as excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in selecting the right flooring materials for their needs
• Providing information on different types of flooring options, including hardwood floors, carpets, and tiles
• Handling sales transactions and processing payments
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns
• Maintaining a clean and organized showroom
• Collaborating with team members to meet sales goals

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in a home center or flooring retail setting
• Knowledge of different types of flooring materials, with a focus on hardwood floors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
