Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician

• Perform thorough inspections and cleanings of dryer vents in residential and commercial properties
• Use specialized tools and equipment to remove lint and debris from dryer vents
• Ensure that dryer vents are properly installed and functioning efficiently
• Educate customers on the importance of regular dryer vent maintenance

Air Duct Cleaning Technician

• Conduct comprehensive air duct inspections and cleanings in homes and businesses
• Utilize advanced cleaning techniques to remove dust, dirt, and allergens from air ducts
• Inspect HVAC systems for mold, moisture, and other contaminants
• Recommend solutions to improve indoor air quality and HVAC system efficiency

Cleaning Contractor

• Provide general cleaning services for residential and commercial properties
• Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle special cleaning projects as needed, such as post-construction cleaning or move-in/move-out cleaning
• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service. The following qualifications are required for these positions:

• Prior experience in the cleaning industry preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed
