Position: Line Cook

El Jimador Mexican Restaurant is currently seeking a talented and passionate Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a love for Mexican cuisine.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with El Jimador’s recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Ensure food storage and handling procedures are followed at all times
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Food Handler’s Certificate is a plus
