Mulch Specialist Position Available

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to determine their mulch needs and recommend the best products for their specific projects.
• Operate machinery to produce, package, and distribute organic mulches.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions related to our products.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with organic materials, such as mulch, compost, or soil, is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of gardening and landscaping practices.
