We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Head Chef
• Line Cook
• Server
• Waiter/Waitress
• Host/Hostess
• Busser

Head Chef

As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and executing menu items, managing inventory, and leading a team of cooks to ensure that every dish meets our high standards of quality and taste. The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of Indian cuisine and a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes.

Line Cook

Our Line Cooks play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting the Head Chef as needed. We are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a strong work ethic.

Server

As a Server at Ashiana Indian Restaurant, you will be the face of our establishment, providing friendly and attentive service to our guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality.

Waiter/Waitress

Our Waiters and Waitresses play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for individuals with a friendly and outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.

Host/Hostess

As a Host or Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them to the restaurant and ensuring that they have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, seating guests, and assisting with any other front-of-house duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Busser

Our Bussers play a vital role in supporting our front-of-house team and ensuring that our dining room is clean, organized, and running smoothly. Responsibilities include clearing and setting tables, assisting servers and bartenders, refilling drinks, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, hardworking, and eager to contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
