Position: Italian Chef

Are you a passionate chef with experience in Italian cuisine? Brio Italian Grille is currently seeking a skilled Italian Chef to join our team. As an Italian Chef at Brio Italian Grille, you will be responsible for creating authentic Italian dishes, using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking methods. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop and execute new menu items, as well as ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and taste.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes
• Manage kitchen operations and ensure food safety
• Work with culinary team to develop new menu items
• Maintain high standards of food quality and taste
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Italian Chef
• Passion for Italian cuisine
• Strong knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Position: Server

Do you have a friendly and outgoing personality? Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Brio Italian Grille is looking for enthusiastic Servers to join our team. As a Server at Brio Italian Grille, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with our kitchen and bar staff to deliver top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to tables
• Provide recommendations on menu items
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer service role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to learn and grow

Position: Line Cook

Are you a skilled and experienced Line Cook looking for a new challenge? Brio Italian Grille is seeking talented Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook at Brio Italian Grille, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, following recipes and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. You will work closely with our culinary team to deliver delicious meals to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely service
• Assist with kitchen operations as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
