1. House Washing Technician

We are seeking a House Washing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pressure washing and exterior cleaning. Responsibilities include:

• Performing house washing services for residential properties
• Using pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with the cleanliness of their homes

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in house washing or related field
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills

2. Painters

We are looking for experienced Painters to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in residential painting and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking
• Applying paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Ensuring a high-quality finish and clean work area

The ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in residential painting
• Knowledge of paint application techniques and tools
• Ability to work efficiently and produce high-quality results

3. Carpenters

We are in need of skilled Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in carpentry and woodworking. Responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
• Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures
• Working with a variety of materials, including wood, metal, and concrete

The ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in carpentry and woodworking
• Knowledge of construction techniques and building codes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
