Position: Sales Associate

Job Description:

• Assist customers in finding the right beauty supplies, hair accessories, and wigs to meet their needs
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations
• Maintain a tidy and organized store environment
• Process transactions using our POS system
• Stay informed about new product offerings and promotions
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of beauty products, hair care, and wigs is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
