Location: Crown Colony West HM Headquarters

Job Description

As a Community Outreach Coordinator at Crown Colony West HM, you will play a critical role in engaging with our local community and connecting individuals with the services and resources they need. You will be responsible for developing partnerships with other organizations, planning outreach events, and promoting our programs to increase awareness and accessibility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase community engagement
• Collaborate with local organizations to coordinate events and programs
• Create marketing materials to promote Crown Colony West HM services
• Conduct outreach activities to connect with individuals in need of support
• Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public relations, or related field
• Previous experience in community outreach or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping others and making a difference in the community
