Remnant Family Worship Center is currently seeking a Worship Leader to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in leading our congregation in heartfelt worship and creating an atmosphere of reverence and joy during our services.

Job Title: Worship Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead congregational worship through music and song selection.
• Coordinate with the pastor and other church leaders to create worship service schedules and themes.
• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteer musicians and vocalists.
• Plan and organize special music events and performances.
• Foster a spirit of unity and participation among worship team members.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading worship in a church or ministry setting.
• Proficiency in playing a musical instrument, preferably piano or guitar.
• Strong vocal abilities and familiarity with a wide range of worship music styles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• A deep commitment to the Christian faith and a passion for leading others in worship.
