Crematory Operator Position Available

Memorial Oaks Funeral Home is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Crematory Operator. As an integral part of our staff, you will be responsible for operating our crematory facility with the utmost care and respect for the deceased and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the crematory equipment in accordance with all regulations and industry standards
• Prepare the crematory for each service, including proper maintenance and cleaning
• Ensure the proper handling and identification of remains
• Communicate with funeral directors and other staff members to coordinate services
• Provide support and guidance to families during the cremation process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a crematory setting is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in sensitive situations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
