We are Currently Hiring for the Following Positions:

1. Line Cook

– Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
– Knowledge of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine preferred
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Food Handler’s Certificate required

2. Server

– Previous experience in a restaurant setting
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy shifts
– Knowledge of Greek dishes and wines a plus
– Smart Serve Certification required

3. Dishwasher

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to cleanliness and sanitation
– Willingness to learn and assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed
– Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
– Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment
