Employment Discrimination Attorney Position Available

At Pipkin Ferguson PLLC, we are a team of dedicated attorneys who are passionate about fighting for justice and equality in the workplace. We are currently seeking an experienced Employment Discrimination Attorney to join our team in representing employees who have faced discrimination in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in employment discrimination cases, including but not limited to discrimination based on race, gender, age, disability, and sexual orientation
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients’ cases
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts throughout the litigation process
  • Attend depositions, hearings, and trials to advocate for clients’ rights
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on employment discrimination matters

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing employment discrimination law
  • Demonstrated track record of success in litigating employment discrimination cases
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attorney Position Available

In addition to the Employment Discrimination Attorney position, we are also looking to expand our team with another attorney who is passionate about the law and dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a caseload of various legal matters, including but not limited to employment law, discrimination, personal injury, and civil rights
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing to support clients’ cases
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts throughout the legal process
  • Prepare and negotiate settlements, and, if necessary, represent clients in hearings and trials
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a range of legal issues

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law
  • Experience in employment law, discrimination, personal injury, or civil rights is a plus
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work efficiently
