Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and providing excellent customer service to existing clients. Your primary goal will be to help individuals and families secure the insurance coverage they need to protect their assets and loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Educate clients on the various insurance products and coverage options available
• Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
• Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist clients with claims processing and policy changes
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid insurance license
• Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance quoting software
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
