Position: Bartender

Job Description:

As a bartender at Captain Tom’s Seafood & Oyster Bar, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests. Your main duties will include:

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Taking orders and providing recommendations to guests
• Maintaining cleanliness behind the bar
• Processing payments accurately
• Interacting with guests in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume establishment
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
