Position: Sales Associate

Are you passionate about home improvement products and building relationships with customers? K & N Builder Sales is looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect appliances, kitchen cabinets, and small appliances to meet their needs. This position requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting major appliances, kitchen cabinets & equipment, and small appliances
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in retail or a related field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of major appliances, kitchen cabinets & equipment, and small appliances is a plus
