Position: Mechanical Contractor

Are you a skilled and experienced mechanical contractor looking for a new opportunity? Texas Lonestar Mechanical is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team. As a mechanical contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical components on various construction projects. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain HVAC systems
• Oversee plumbing and electrical work
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a mechanical contractor
• Valid contractor’s license
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Home Builder

• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage construction schedules and budgets
• Ensure quality control and project deadlines are met
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
