Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing electrical issues, and painting.
• Completing work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining the grounds and common areas of the mobile home park.
• Assisting with seasonal maintenance tasks such as snow removal and landscaping.
• Ensuring all maintenance work meets safety standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
