Position: Early Childhood Educator

Job Description

As an Early Childhood Educator at The Branch School, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and enriching educational experience for our young learners. You will be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, observing and assessing children’s progress, and effectively communicating with parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement lesson plans that align with our school’s curriculum
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Observe and assess children’s development and progress
• Communicate with parents about their child’s growth and development
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and engaging learning environment
• Maintain accurate records of children’s attendance, progress, and behavior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Texas teaching certification or eligibility for certification
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
