Position Available: Water Damage Restoration Technician

As a Water Damage Restoration Technician at Bionic Emergency Services, you will be responsible for responding to emergency water damage situations and implementing restoration procedures to mitigate further damage. This hands-on role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing water damage and determining the best course of action
• Extracting water and drying affected areas using industry-standard equipment
• Removing damaged materials and coordinating disposal
• Monitoring and documenting restoration progress
• Communicating with customers and providing updates on the restoration process

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in water damage restoration preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours and respond to emergency situations
