Position: Tutor

Job Description:

• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects
• Create personalized lesson plans based on students’ individual needs
• Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
• Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to parents
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop instructional materials and resources

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient and supportive attitude towards students
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
