Position Available: Funeral Director
Responsibilities:
- Meet with families to discuss funeral arrangements and services
- Handle all aspects of funeral planning, including coordinating with cemeteries, clergy, and vendors
- Prepare and file all necessary paperwork, including death certificates and permits
- Coordinate with the Texas Gravestone Care team to ensure all services are carried out smoothly
- Provide support and guidance to grieving families during their time of need
Qualifications:
- Valid funeral director’s license in the state of Texas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of funeral industry practices and regulations
