We are Hiring for the Following Positions:

1. Head Chef

• Create and execute menu items that showcase traditional Indian flavors and spices
• Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth service during busy periods
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

2. Sous Chef

• Assist the head chef in menu creation and execution
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure quality and consistency in food preparation
• Help with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Assist with training and development of kitchen staff

3. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards
• Assist in food preparation, including cutting, chopping, and marinating ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow food safety procedures and guidelines
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

4. Front-of-House Staff

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take orders and serve food and drinks with attention to detail
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Requirements:

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about food and customer service. The ideal candidates will have:

• Prior experience working in a similar role in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques (for chef positions)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
