Position: Upholsterer

As an Upholsterer at Burke’s Upholstery Inc, you will be responsible for upholstering furniture pieces according to client specifications. Your primary duties will include:

• Removing old upholstery materials from furniture
• Measuring and cutting new fabric or leather to fit furniture frames
• Installing new upholstery materials using hand tools and sewing machines
• Ensuring quality and precision in all upholstery work
• Collaborating with designers and clients to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upholsterer in a furniture design or upholstery company
• Proficiency in using upholstery tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
