Available Positions:

Retail Sales Associate:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right products for their children. This includes answering questions, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

  • Assist customers with finding and selecting products
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Visual Merchandiser:

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays to showcase our products. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure that the store layout is optimized for sales.

  • Create eye-catching displays to attract customers
  • Ensure products are properly stocked and organized
  • Collaborate with the team to implement store promotions

Customer Service Representative:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers with questions or concerns. You will work to resolve issues and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, and other customer service-related tasks

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, friendly, and have a passion for helping others. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for all positions.
