Job Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including booking shipments, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor freight costs and negotiate rates with carriers to ensure competitive pricing
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to shipping
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with shipping standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
